Terms of Service

  1. These terms apply when you use sketch.fashion, a design workspace for fashion and jewellery: boards, image tools and video generation. You can try it as a guest without an account, and these terms apply then too. By using the service you agree to them. sketch.fashion is operated from London, United Kingdom.
  2. You need to be at least 16 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
  3. sketch.fashion runs on credits. Each image or video costs credits, and the cost is shown before a paid job starts. If a job fails, its credits are returned automatically. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. Daily credits, where a plan includes them, are given each day, may be limited to certain models, do not accumulate and expire at the end of the day (UTC).
  4. Welcome credits given at signup can only be spent on the models marked for them. We may withhold them from accounts that try to claim them more than once.
  5. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Monthly credits are issued after each successful payment, expire at the end of that billing period and don't roll over. A subscription renews every month until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from your account, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  6. When paid plans are open, you buy them from us: sketch.fashion is the seller. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; your card details go to Stripe, and we never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes are added where required. A receipt or invoice for each payment is issued in our name and is available in your account under “Payment method and invoices”. Billing questions come to us at [email protected]. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the credits from it are removed from your balance.
  7. What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process your uploads and prompts only to run the service for you, which includes sending them to the AI model providers that produce your results.
  8. What we never do with your work. We do not use your uploads, your boards or your results to design anything of our own. We do not sell them, publish them or show them to anyone else, and we do not train AI models on them.
  9. Photos of people. Tools such as virtual try-on, pose change and video work from photos you supply. Only upload a photo of a person if it is you, or if you have that person's permission and any rights needed to use their image this way (for a professional model, a release that covers it). Don't upload photos of children, and don't use sketch.fashion to undress, sexualise, harass or impersonate anyone, or to make it look as if a real person wore, said or endorsed something they didn't.
  10. Generated models are fictional. People created by the casting tool or by a prompt are synthetic and are not meant to depict anyone real; any resemblance to a real person is unintended. Don't prompt for a real person's likeness without their permission.
  11. As between you and sketch.fashion, the images and videos you generate are yours, and we assign to you any rights we may have in them. You may use them for personal and commercial work, subject to these terms and to the terms of the model that produced them. You are responsible for checking a result before you rely on it: generated garments can contain construction that can't be sewn, wrong details, or logos and prints that resemble someone else's work.
  12. Sharing a board. If you switch sharing on, anyone who has the link and is signed in to an account can view that board and the pictures on it, until you switch it off. They cannot change it. You are responsible for what you share and with whom.
  13. sketch.fashion uses generative AI from third-party model providers. Other users may get similar results, so we can't promise exclusivity. AI-generated work may not be protected by copyright in some countries, and some marketplaces and advertising rules require you to disclose AI-generated images or models. Following those rules is your responsibility.
  14. Don't use sketch.fashion to create illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content, to copy someone else's designs, trade marks or protected prints, to get around a model's content filter, to overload or attack the service, or to resell access to it. A request blocked by a content filter returns its credits; repeated attempts may lead to suspension.
  15. We keep improving sketch.fashion, so features, models and credit prices may change. If the price of your plan changes we'll tell you before your next payment. Free and beta features may change or stop.
  16. You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.
  17. The service is provided as is. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
  18. We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it applies.
  19. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Questions: [email protected].
